From the initial client briefing and creation of a Learning Outline, to working with subject matter experts, and storyboarding; I have experience in all stages of the e-learning design and production process. I can storyboard by hand, in Microsoft Word, Macromedia Flash, or your authoring tool of choice, to integrate fully with your workflow and production team. My creativity allows me to strike the balance between interactivity and production cost that is right for you.

It may be the latest buzzword, but it also has enormous potential to transform e-learning for the better. There are major pitfalls however, not least of which the risk of bombarding your learners with poorly conceived e-learning content.

BLENDED LEARNING
I am a firm advocate of blended learning – after all, this is how we have traditionally learnt; from a variety of sources. To successfully implement new knowledge, learning should extend beyond the computer (or training room) and into the workplace. In every project I undertake, I aim to make the programme greater than the sum of its elements.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
I have managed creative teams on many large projects with major clients, including Visa CEMEA and Jobcentre Plus. My experience includes client liaison to board level, project planning and tracking, design and management of QA processes, sourcing talent (designers, developers, vocal talent etc.) and managing virtual teams.
