It includes a mix of media and interactivity including user-created videos and videos we shot and edited. We filmed nine University staff members including the Pro-Vice-chancellor, lecturers, gardeners and workshop technicians on location talking about what they love about working at Cambridge. The excellent David Wilson from Elearnity also spoke on his research findings on why elearning fails at a strategic level within organisations. Essentially elearning projects are complicated multi-headed beasts and it takes a lot to run them well.
