BTEC Career Path
I designed, developed and project managed a blended learning qualification for contact centres. This included four 3D animated
e-learning modules and a Learning Management System (LMS).

OTHER WORK
Besides these major achievements I continue to work on many smaller projects in the following areas:
   •  Financial sector
   •  IT systems
   •  Induction

One of the things I love about my job is that I can work with virtually any subject matter. I’m always looking for new and challenging projects to apply my skills to.

What My Clients Say
Here is some of the feedback I've received from clients.

"We have gone very quiet since our session - mainly because we have been busy putting as many as possible of your suggestions into action and I just wanted to drop a line to say we are very pleased with the results."

"Just had some further feedback on the beta version from our UK Head of HR. He is very impressed with the course and rated it as one of the best of this type that he has seen."

"Really enjoyed the course. Very motivated to learn more and become more involved in this area of work. Rob knows his stuff!”

I have been fortunate to work with some very well known organisations on some major projects.

Visa CEMEA
I designed, project managed and produced an interactive CDROM for Visa’s member banks. The CDROM demonstrated new money transfer functionality available from the Visa web site. The product was professionally tested by Test Partners. It was the first product they'd tested in five years which didn't have a single error.
Further work with this client includes bespoke web versions of the CDROM, and blended learning media.

The Environment Agency
I have project managed the development of over 20 hours of e-learning for The Environment Agency. On many of these courses I was also the instructional designer. These projects typically involve liaison with project stakeholders, subject matter experts and the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

Jobcentre Plus
I designed, developed and project-managed a blended learning programme for 20 000 middle managers within the Department for Work and Pensions. The portfolio included 16 blended learning courses incorporating e-learning modules, W3C accessible content, classroom events, action learning sets, job aids and implementation plans.
